Custom & Personalized Orders
- Final Sale: Due to the custom nature of personalized laser-engraved items, all custom and personalized orders are final sale and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damaged during shipping or with a defect/manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at saltedworldwide@gmail.com.
- Please include your order number along with clear photos showing the damage or issue.
- Upon verification, we will happily send a replacement at no additional cost. There are NO refunds.
- All of our products are inspected prior to shipping.

- Wood is a natural material, so grain patterns, color variations, and knot placements vary from piece to piece. These unique characteristics are standard features of real wood craftwork and are not considered defects.
