Personalized & Custom Items Due to the nature of custom craftsmanship, all personalized items are sold "as is." Once a design or proof (rendering) has been approved by the customer, the order is considered final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for personalized products unless there is a verifiable structural defect. We strongly encourage you to double-check all spelling, dates, and design details during the approval process, as these elements cannot be changed once production begins.
